Migraine Treatment
Migraines:
- Unlike normal headaches, a migraine makes a person immobile
- When a person gets a migraine attack, the only thing he'll want to do is lie down in a quiet place
Symptoms to look for:
- Localized pain on one side of the head
- Pulsating sensation behind the eye
- The pain may shift to other side of the head on another occasion
- Vomiting
- Nausea
- Diarrhoea
- Cold hands and feet
- Sensitivity to light
Causes:
- Intake of alcohol
- Drugs
- Smoking
- Allergic reactions
- Drop in blood sugar level
- Nutritional deficiencies
- Lack of sleep
- Excessive work
- Menopause
Natural home remedy using carrot juice and spinach juice:
1. Take ½ glass of carrot juice
2. Add ½ glass of spinach juice
3. Mix well
4. Drink this juice to cure migraine
Natural home remedy using cabbage leaves:
1. Crush a few cabbage leaves
2. Apply it on the forehead with a cloth
Natural home remedy using lemons:
1. Remove peels from 5 lemons
2. Grind them well
3. Add a little water and make paste
4. Apply this paste on the forehead
Natural home remedy using chamomile powder:
1. Add chamomile powder to 1 cup of boiling water
2. Transfer the liquid to a cup
3. Drink when hot
4. It gives fast relief from migraine
Tips when suffering from a migraine attack:
- Lie down in a dark, quiet place
- Get some sleep
- Avoid eating
- Drink only water and tea
- Apply hot or cold compresses
