• One may suffer from sunburn while pursuing outdoor activities like running, hiking or swimming Symptoms to look for: • Red rashes • Tenderness • Blisters • Peeling skin • Extreme sunburn can also result in: o Fever o Chills o Nausea o Vomiting o Flu Causes: • Sunburn is caused by the action of ultra-violet rays of the sun on the skin Natural home remedy using oatmeal, papaya and honey: 1. Take 1 cup chopped papaya 2. Crush the papaya to a paste 3. Add 2 tbsp oatmeal 4. Add 1 tbsp honey 5. Mix well 6. Apply this on your skin 7. Leave it for 30 min 8. Wash off with cold water Natural home remedy using lemons and honey: 1. Squeeze juice of 2 lemons 2. Add to it 3 tbsp honey 3. Mix well 4. Apply this mixture on the skin 5. Leave for 20 min 6. Wash off with water 7. Do this 2 times a day Natural home remedy using cucumber and lemon juice: 1. Cut 1 cucumber into small pieces 2. Crush it to make a paste 3. Press this paste on a sieve 4. Extract its juice 5. Add 2 tbsp lemon juice 6. Mix well 7. Apply on the affected area with cotton 8. Wash off after 15 min Natural home remedy using tomatoes and yogurt: 1. Crush 2-3 tomatoes 2. Press the pulp on a sieve 3. Extract the juice 4. Add 1 tbsp yogurt 5. Mix well 6. Apply on the affected area 7. Leave for 15-20 min 8.
