Soft Feet Treatment
Soft Feet:
• Soles of the feet do not have sebaceous glands • Regular exfoliation and moisturization is important Symptoms to look for: • Dry & rough feet • Skin irritation & itching • Cracked heels Causes: • Working barefoot in water • Contact with harsh soaps & detergents Natural home remedy using cream, turmeric powder, sugar and lemon juice: 1. Take 1 tbsp of fresh cream 2. Add a pinch of turmeric powder 3. Add 1 tsp of sugar 4. Add 1 tsp of lemon juice 5. Mix it well 6. Rub this mixture on your feet for about 10 min 7. Let it stay for 15-20 min 8. Wash off with lukewarm water Natural home remedy using oatmeal and olive oil: 1. Take a bowl of oatmeal 2. Add to it 4 tbsp of olive oil 3. Mix it well 4. Add the mixture to a tub of warm water 5. While soaking your feet in water, massage with the oatmeal mixture for 10 min 6. Let the feet soak in the tub for 15-20 min 7. Remove your feet and wash off with lukewarm water Natural home remedy using honey and almond oil: 1. Take 4 tbsp of honey 2. Add 2 tbsp of almond oil 3. Add to a tub of warm water 4. Mix it well 5. Soak your feet in water and massage with your hands for 5-10 min 6. Let the feet soak for about 20 min 7. Remove your feet and wash off with lukewarm water • Honey helps moisture your skin and almond oil has Vitamin E and essential fatty acids, which provide the required nourishment.
