Natural home remedy using fenugreek powder:
1. Fenugreek has properties which helps grow breast size and also makes them firm
2. Take ¼ bowl of fenugreek powder
3. Add a little water
4. Mix well to make a paste
5. Apply this on the breasts
6. Massage gently
7. Leave for 15-20 minutes
8. Wash off with water
Natural home remedy using cod liver oil and fennel seeds:
1. Fennel seeds have flavonoids which facilitate growth of breast tissue
2. Heat cod liver oil in a pan
3. Add 2 tsp of fennel seeds
4. Allow fennel seeds to turn red
5. Strain the oil
6. Apply this oil on the breasts
7. Massage gently
8. Wash off after 30 min
9. Do this every day
