Cough Wet Treatment
Wet Cough:
• Coughing is a natural body reflex • It keeps the lungs, throat and airway clear of foreign material • But constant coughing causes discomfort Symptoms to look for: • Pain in the throat and chest • Cough is accompanied by mucus or phlegm • Exhaustion • Fatigue • Irritability • Weak immune system which make one vulnerable to other diseases Causes: • Common cold • Climatic change • InfectionsNatural home remedy using black peppercorns, sugar candy and liquorice powder:
1. Take 1 tsp black peppercorns2. Take 2 tsp sugar candy
3. Take 3 tsp liquorice powder
4. Crush them all to powder
5. Eat ½ tsp of this mixture 4 times a day
Natural home remedy using ginger and honey:
1. Crush a little raw ginger to make paste2. Press the paste on a sieve
3. Extract ginger juice
4. Take 1 tsp ginger juice
5. Add 1 tsp honey
6. Mix well
7. Heat the mixture till lukewarm
8. Have 1 tsp thrice a day
