Dark Elbows Treatment

Dark Elbows:

• Dark elbows spoil the appearance of otherwise pretty arms Causes:

• Neglecting skin care • Skin dryness • Environmental pollution Natural home remedy using lemons:

1. Cut a lemon in 2 halves 2. Rub the lemon on each elbow for 5 min 3. Leave it for 3-4 hr 4. Scrub with a rough towel 5. Wash it off with lukewarm water 6. Do this 2-3 times a week Natural home remedy using yogurt and vinegar:

1. Take 2 tbsp yogurt 2. Add 2 tsp vinegar 3. Mix well 4. Apply the mixture on the elbows 5. Leave it for 20-30 min 6. You may wrap a cloth on the elbow to hold the mixture 7. Wash it off with lukewarm water Tips:

• Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday • Keeping the body hydrated will give you a soft and healthy skin
