• Baldness can cause distress and anxiety, especially if it happens at a young age Symptoms to look for: • Loss of hair • Formation of bald spots • Thinning of hair in women Causes: • Lack of vitamin B6 and folic acid • Excessive stress • Weakness due to chronic ailments like: o Typhoid o Chronic cold o Influenza o Anaemia • Unclean scalp leads to blockage of hair follicles by dust particles inhibiting the growth of hair • Hereditary factors Natural home remedy using milk, liquorice powder and saffron: 1. Take 4 tbsp of milk 2. Add 2 tbsp of liquorice powder 3. Add a pinch of saffron 4. Mix well 5. Apply the paste on the bald patches 6. Leave it overnight Natural home remedy using lemons and pepper corns: 1. Take seeds of 7 lemons 2. Add 8-10 black pepper corns 3. Crush them together 4. Apply on bald patches 2 times a day 5. Do this for a few weeks even though you'll feel a little irritation 6. One may feel irritation of skin after applying the paste.
