Take 1 glass of milk 2. Add 1 tsp of honey 3. Drink every night before bedtime 4. This works as a tonic and a natural tranquilliser 5. Natural home remedy using aniseed and milk: 6. Take ½ L of water 7. Add 1 tsp of aniseed 8. Heat the mixture for 15 min 9. Strain the mixture 10.
