Low Blood Sugar Treatment

Low Blood Sugar:

• Glucose, a form of sugar, present in food provides energy to the body • The blood absorbs glucose from the food • Excess sugar is stored in the muscles and the liver • At times, the sugar level in the blood drops below 70 mg/dL • This condition is known as low blood sugar or hypoglycemia Symptoms to look for:

• Blurred vision • Headache • Trembling • Increased heart beat • Hunger pangs • Sweating • Loss of consciousness Causes:

• Glucose is utilised rapidly • Glucose is released too slowly in the blood • High insulin level in the body • Skipping meals • Excessive alcohol consumption Natural home remedy using liquorice powder:

1. Take 1 cup hot water 2. Add 1 tsp liquorice powder 3. Mix well 4. Drink when lukewarm 5. Drink 2 times a day Natural home remedy using cashew nuts and honey:

1. Take 1 glass lukewarm water 2. Add 2 crushed cashew nuts 3. Add 1 tsp honey 4. Mix well 5. Drink every night Tips:

• Eat 6-7 tomatoes every day • Eat 2 unpeeled apples every day
