Tonsillitis Treatment

Tonsillitis:

• Tonsillitis is the inflammation of tonsils • Tonsils are situated in the throat area Symptoms to look for:

• Pain in the ear and throat • Sore throat • Headaches • Fever • Weakness • Body ache Causes:

• It is a result of viral or bacterial infection Natural home remedy using ice:

1. Take some ice cubes 2. Wrap them in a cloth 3. Place this cloth on the tonsils for 10-15 min 4. Do this 5-6 times in a day Natural home remedy using milk, turmeric powder and black pepper:

1. Take 1 glass hot milk 2. Add ½ tsp turmeric powder 3. Add ½ tsp black pepper 4. Mix well 5. Drink slowly at bedtime Natural home remedy using lemon, salt and honey:

1. Take 1 glass lukewarm water 2. Squeeze ½ a lemon in it 3. Add a pinch of salt 4. Add 2 tbsp honey 5. Mix well 6. Sip this mixture 7. Drink 2 times everyday
